Before entering the mortgage industry, Joseph proudly served with the New York City Police Department, beginning his law enforcement career in the 103rd Precinct, later joining the Gang Unit, and ultimately earning a position in the Elite Emergency Service Unit (ESU) — one of the most respected and demanding divisions in the department.
These experiences taught him to stay composed under pressure, pay attention to every detail, and always follow through — principles that continue to define his work ethic today.
